During its Participation in Cityscape Bahrain 2025: Harve Signs Agreement to Launch Il Borro Tuscan Bistro at Kempinski Harbour Heights
December 2, 2025
Infracorp, a leading infrastructure and sustainable development company, announced that its subsidiary Harve — specialised in creating unique and exceptional hospitality experiences — has signed an agreement to open the luxurious Il Borro Tuscan Bistro at Kempinski Harbour Heights, a key landmark within the Bahrain Harbour development. The signing took place during Cityscape Bahrain 2025, marking a new step that reinforces the company’s commitment to elevating living and premium hospitality experiences across its projects.
The signing ceremony was held at Infracorp’s booth at Cityscape Bahrain 2025, where Mr Majed Al Khan, Board Member and CEO of Infracorp, signed on behalf of the company. Mr Salvatore Ferragamo signed on behalf of Il Borro, in the presence of management teams and officials from both sides.
Il Borro Tuscan Bistro originates from the historic Ferragamo family estate in Tuscany, Italy. Renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional craftsmanship, the restaurant is rooted in a farm-to-table philosophy, offering dishes prepared with fresh, handmade pasta, organic produce sourced from the original Il Borro farm, in addition to premium cuts of meat and sustainably sourced seafood.
The restaurant will be located on the 45th floor of Kempinski Harbour Heights Hotel, offering guests breathtaking panoramic views of central Manama. It promises a unique dining experience that combines authentic Italian charm with a refined contemporary ambience. Il Borro Tuscan Bistro currently operates in Florence, Italy, on the banks of the Arno River in Lungarno Acciaiuoli, as well as at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel in Dubai, UAE. Its opening in the Kingdom of Bahrain marks a significant milestone in its regional expansion, further enhancing Bahrain Harbour’s position as a distinguished destination for fine dining and luxury hospitality in the region.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr Majed Al Khan, Board Member and CEO of Infracorp, stated: “We are proud to partner with Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, an esteemed international brand, to enrich the hospitality experience at Bahrain Harbour and strengthen its position as a leading destination that blends luxury with sustainability. This step also reflects our vision at Harve to attract global concepts that resonate with the contemporary lifestyle across our projects.”
Mr Salvatore Ferragamo, spokesperson for Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, added: “Opening Il Borro Tuscan Bistro at Bahrain Harbour is a pivotal step in our global expansion and a realisation of our philosophy that combines authentic flavours with sustainable practices. We are thrilled to bring a concept that merges fine Italian gastronomy with a commitment to quality ingredients and environmental care to one of the most dynamic destinations in the GCC.”
Harve is an initiative launched earlier this year by Infracorp to enhance the region’s lifestyle landscape through contemporary experiences that integrate hospitality and innovation. The brand aims to create added value through distinctive concepts that elevate entertainment and social engagement, aligned with the public’s aspirations for more diverse and high-quality experiences.
Infracorp’s participation in the fourth edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2025 reaffirms its strong presence in the real estate sector, both locally and regionally, and underscores its leadership in developing sustainable, high-quality projects that contribute to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s urban and economic growth. The company is showcasing a selection of its flagship projects during the exhibition, reflecting its vision to offer innovative development solutions that combine quality, sustainability, and urban integration.
